Beta terms

Last updated September 5, 2026

Yaplog is made by Breedlove Digital LLC (“we”, “us”) in Montana. It’s in beta. These are the terms for using it while that’s true.

What Yaplog is

Yaplog records the sales and expenses you tell it or type into it. It never takes payments, holds money, or stores card details. It isn’t accounting or tax advice, and it isn’t a substitute for whoever does your taxes.

Your records

Every entry is yours to check. Spoken sales are transcribed by software and can be wrong; the app shows you what it heard so you can correct it before it counts. You’re responsible for confirming your own totals and for what you report to anyone else.

Beta means beta

The app will change, sometimes in ways that break things. We may reset beta data with notice, and we may end the beta or your access to it. Keep a spreadsheet export if the records matter to you. Yaplog is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses that come from relying on it.

Your account

Sign in with your own email address and keep it to yourself. Don’t use Yaplog for anything unlawful, and don’t record people who’ve asked you not to. You can leave at any time; the Delete account page explains how.

Privacy

How we handle your data is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. If we change them, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
