Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Yaplog account and the data we hold for you. Here’s how.
Send a deletion request
Email support@yaplog.app from the address you use to sign in. Use the subject line Delete my account. No other detail is required.
If you sign in with multiple addresses, send the request from each one, or list them in the body of the email.
What gets deleted
- Your user record and email address.
- Any active sign-in sessions.
- Crash reports and diagnostic events associated with your user identifier.
What stays, and why
- Orders recorded by your team. If you belong to a shared organization, the orders the team recorded — including ones you recorded — remain with that organization’s history so the business books stay intact. Your user link on those orders is removed.
- Seller profiles. A profile that was attributed sales survives in the organization’s history, but is unlinked from your user account.
- If you’re the only owner of an organization, tell us in the email whether you want the entire organization (and its orders and audio) deleted, or transferred to another member. If you don’t say, we’ll ask before doing either.
Timing
We aim to confirm receipt within a few business days and complete the deletion shortly after. Data also rolls off our backups on their normal retention cycle.
