Privacy policy

Yaplog (“we”, “us”) is an order-capture app for in-person sellers. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how to get rid of it. Plain English wherever we can — get in touch if anything is unclear.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not use your audio or transcripts to train models, and we do not let our processors use them for training either.

Where it lives

Yaplog runs on Cloudflare. Database rows live in Cloudflare D1; audio recordings live in Cloudflare R2. Both are pinned to Cloudflare's Western North America region — your data stays in the United States. The mobile app talks to api.yaplog.app, which runs as a Cloudflare Worker on Cloudflare's global network.

Who else touches it

We use a small set of third parties to make the app work:

How long we keep it

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, or have it deleted, by emailing support@yaplog.app. Step-by-step instructions for deletion are on the Delete account page.

Children

Yaplog is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Yaplog after a change means you accept the new terms.
